AGG1 Embryoonic Stem (ES) Cells
AGG1 ES cell line is a sure go-germ embryonic Stem Cell line generated under supervision of experts from major universities in NY area. They have been tested to be free of mycoplasma and murine pathogens. They have been proved to be sure for germ cell transmission in both blastocyst injection and embryo aggregation. AGG1 ES cells have Y genotype with agouti coat color which is dominant over black.
Most ES cell lines circulating out there are old and become unstable. AGG1 represents a new generation of ES cells for reliable and efficient gene targeting.
Please also choose our feeder cells. They are made from a neomysin resistant transgenic strain. We provide feeder cells at low passages. Our irradiated feeder cells are ready for immediate use. Our none-irradiated feeder cells are at very low passage.
